Smit Named North Coast Runner of the Week

Wabash junior Jared Smit (Lafayette, IN/Central Catholic) was named Runner of the Week by the North Coast Athletic Conference for the week ending September 16.

Smit was awarded the honor after finishing fourth in the Little State division at the Indiana Intercollegiates race held at Indiana University's course in Bloomington. Smit toured the course in 23:47. The junior finished 13th overall, and led Wabash to a sixth-place finish in the Little State division.
