Wabash senior Dan Ruge (Chesterton, IN/Chesterton) earned a spot on the NCAA Division III Great Lakes All-Regional team, finishing 32nd at the event at Hanover College on Saturday. The Wabash cross country season ended on Saturday with an 18th-place finish by the Little Giants. The top-35 finishers earned All-Region honors.
Ruge traveled the 8k course in 26:51. Freshman Dennis Frazee (Griffith, IN/Calumet) was 96th (28:09). Senior Dan Sweet (West Bloomfied, MI/Culver Military Academy) crossed the finish line in 28:36 to take 118th place.
