Area Musicians Sought for Wabash Ensembles

Crawfordsville, Ind.—Area musicians are sought for Wabash College's instrumental ensembles. We welcome musicians from our community who are looking for an opportunity to rehearse and perform regularly with one or more of our musical groups.

Instrumentalists interested in joining the Brass Ensemble, the Chamber Orchestra, or one of the jazz ensembles should contact Judd Danby throuh his e-mail, danbyj@wabash.edu. Those interested in joining the Wamidan World Music Ensemble, which specializes in east African music (no previous experience necessary), should contact James Makubuya through his e-mail, makubuya@wabash.edu.

The Music Department will be hosting an open house on Tuesday, September 3, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Littell Lobby outside of Salter Concert Hall in the Fine Arts Center, 510 South Grant Ave. Community members are welcome to attend the open house and learn more about the ensembles.
