Kip is currently the HR Director for Global Marketing at Eli Lilly and Company. He graduated magna cum laude as a history major in 2003. Kip earned his MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Master of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2009. Additionally Kip is serving as a board member for Indiana’s Working Group on China which is focused on educating both private and public sector organizations that seek Chinese partnership and investment.
Kip is currently a member of the NAWM Board of Directors and serves as co-chairman of the Recruiting Committee. Additionally Kip is serving on the steering committee for the Challenge of Excellence. Kip is a class agent for the class of 2003 and is a member of the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men. Through the establishment of a scholarship in his hometown of Bedford, IN, Kip helps provide a Wabash opportunity and financial assistance to graduating seniors of Bedford North Lawrence.
Kip is a member of the 1832 Society. He and his wife Nicole live in Indianapolis with their sons Jack and Andy.
