Gary J. Campbell ’99

Gary is a Business Development leader in the Automation and Controls Solutions group of United Technologies. He recently transitioned to this role after spending nearly 10 years at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations management consulting group where he focused on mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution. A member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity and chemistry major at Wabash, Gary earned his MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2005 with concentrations in strategy and corporate finance.

Gary has maintained his connection to Wabash primarily through support of the Career Services office and of students interested in business careers after Wabash. He has helped plan and host the College’s Chicago trip, sat on a Top Ten Day panel, held consulting roundtable discussions, and actively interviewed on campus in recent years while continually meeting with students to discuss job search strategies and résumé preparation.  Gary intends to continue devoting energy and leadership to the College and student body by serving on the NAWM board, leveraging his past experience as a campus recruitment lead at Deloitte to contribute to the Career Services Committee.

Gary is a member of the 1832 Society, and he and his wife Kristine live and work in the  Sarasota, FL area.
