Baxter 101 holds over 100 people and virtually every seat was full. Free
pizza plus historic event? Can't miss.
The people who made it happen in Baxter - Professor Melissa Butler and IT
director Brad Weaver '91.
Baxter 101 with faculty, staff, and students.
The Great Hall in Sparks Center also featured the Inauguration...and pizza.
The Malcolm X Institute also featured the Inauguration...and pizza.
One happy guy!
When Senator Feinstein asked the crowd in Washington to rise, everyone in
the MXI stood as well. It was a magical moment. (Jeremy Morris, offensive
lineman, sat down to allow others to see!)
The Oath of Office brought the standing "O".
Everyone was glued to the set when President Obama gave his Inaugural
address.
Folks around campus also saw the Inauguration on their computers.
Hopefully they won't get into trouble using their computers for personal
(but historic) use.
