An Evening of Discourse I

The Senior Council hosted more than 70 students, staff, faculty and administrators Friday for “An Evening of Discourse” in the Knowling Fieldhouse. 'While we share a unique identity through Wabash, we are from different places and come from different backgrounds,' the invitation to Friday’s conversation stated. “During the discussion we will address six difficult questions that help define Wabash. Each guest will be seated at individual table groups, where they will be challenged to address the topics at hand. The Senior Council is deeply committed to campus unity among students, faculty, and staff. Your input is highly valued and needed.'

Derrick Rowe ’13 served as emcee for the evening's conversations, which brought together students and teachers from diverse backgrounds to better get to know one another by sharing and listening to personal opinions and observations on challenging topics.
