The Help Desk hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-Noon and 1-4:30pm.

Box Drive update
Box is ending support on November 1, 2018 for Box apps that use an insecure security protocol (TLS 1.0). If you have received an email from IT Services about upgrading Box Drive, you can download the latest version (Windows or Mac) at www.box.com/resources/downloads/drive. You must close Box Drive before you can install the new version; see the instructions from Box if you're not sure how to do that. If you have trouble with the upgrade or would prefer to have someone else do it for you, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
